Best Food Forward Bloomington is an innovative nonprofit organization in Bloomington, Indiana, dedicated to addressing the critical workforce development needs of the hospitality industry while creating opportunities for disadvantaged community members.

Operating as a "SpaceAsAService" (SPaaS) facility, Best Food Forward serves as a food and beverage incubator, accelerator, and launchpad that combines culinary training with entrepreneurial support and community engagement.

Founded by John Skolak, who brings over 35 years of hospitality operations, consulting, sales and tech experience, Best Food Forward is poised to make a significant impact on Bloomington's economy and community wellbeing
